Job summary

Concorde Education is seeking independent instructional contractors to provide Spanish language enrichment services for K–12 students. This is a potential independent contractor assignment, not an employee position, and contractors may choose whether to apply, accept, decline, or ignore opportunities.

Assignments vary by school, grade level, schedule, curriculum, student proficiency levels, and program objectives.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits required for applicable assignments.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish with age-appropriate instruction.
• Experience teaching or tutoring school-age students.
• Strong communication and classroom facilitation skills.
• Availability to meet schedule and communicate issues promptly.
• Familiarity with educational technology or web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate Spanish language sessions.
• Introduce vocabulary, pronunciation, conversational skills, reading and writing.
• Adapt instruction to age, proficiency, and site requirements.
• Encourage participation through games, songs, storytelling, and role-play.
• Maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Complete a session completion form after each scheduled session.
• Communicate assignment-related needs or concerns with Concorde and school staff.
• Follow site safety and student-protection procedures.
