The Aguirre Law Firm, APC seeks a Spanish Immigration Paralegal with 3+ years of immigration law experience to support USCIS family-based matters and EOIR deportation cases.

You will manage a reasonable caseload, assist attorneys, communicate with clients in Spanish, translate documents, and help the team stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish, read, write, and speak.
• 3+ years of immigration law experience is required.
• Experience with USCIS family-based immigration and EOIR deportation defense.
• Strong initiative, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to multitask and manage files up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Reliable transportation for occasional court or postal errands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management with supervising attorneys.
• Communicate immigration process and requirements to clients.
• Collect documents and prepare applications.
• Review forms for accuracy before submission.
• Meet deadlines and process mail.
• Enter detailed notes in the case management system.
