Job summary

Homeland Language Services is hiring experienced Spanish-English interpreters to provide interpretation for Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals in various settings, including medical and legal. This on-site role requires at least one year of interpreting experience and fluency in both languages. Applicants will enjoy a flexible schedule and the ability to select jobs based on availability. A high school diploma is mandatory, and additional certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of interpreting experience or a successful internship program required.
• Experience in medical, customer service, legal, or educational settings is a plus.
• Professional-level interpreting skills and ability to perform short non-publication translations.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation services for LEP individuals in various settings.
• Advocate for LEP individuals' access to services.
• Assist professionals in delivering culturally sensitive care.
