As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist customers in understanding and enrolling in health insurance.

GetInsured has the largest state-based marketplace footprint, with consumer-friendly tools that empower millions to make better health plan decisions. We build award-winning cloud-based enrollment tools for state exchanges, brokers, insurers, and consumers, including eligibility determination, plan selection, and enrollment technology, along with innovative marketing and call center services.

Position Details:

  • Full-time/Seasonal
  • $17.00/hr. plus performance incentives

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera for training
  • Full attendance during 3-week paid training
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with Ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber broadband with hard-wired Ethernet required
  • Not compatible with mobile internet, satellites, or Wi-Fi extenders
