Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement BIPs and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills on a 1:1 basis in-person.

The role requires an active RBT certification, HS diploma or GED, and reliable transportation. Experience with autism and strong teamwork are highly valued, with opportunities for supervision and growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
