Job summary

ABA RESULTS LLC in Gainesville, Florida, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral intervention services to autistic children. The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans and support the development of vital communication skills.

This role requires active RBT certification and experience with developmental disabilities. With direct supervision from a BCBA, the RBT will collect real-time data and promote a safe learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is necessary.
• Physical ability to engage in play-based activities, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment programs as supervised by a BCBA.
• Deliver 1:1 direct therapy in school or community settings.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on skill acquisition.
