Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in Gainesville, GA. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and support development in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include direct ABA therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families and the clinical team. A valid RBT certification and HS diploma are required, with driving flexibility and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record session data accurately.
• Support communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
