Job summary

Appinio, a global market research company, seeks a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients in its Spanish team. You will help clients integrate insights into day-to-day decisions and maximize product adoption for strong ROI.

Based in a remote-first company with international scope, you will manage end-to-end research projects, onboard clients, and collaborate with internal teams to drive retention and growth across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Research and insight-driven solutions.
• Proven track record supporting B2B customers in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Ability to balance customer success with retention and growth.
• Proficient in Spanish (C2) and fluent in English.
• Hands-on, pragmatic and proactive problem solver.
• Active listener with clear, confident communication and data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and drive adoption of insights.
• Coordinate project execution from kickoff to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Translate client research questions into study designs for the Appinio platform.
• Lead onboarding and platform trainings, virtual or on-site.
• Monitor study activity and usage metrics to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Research Ops, Product, and Account Management to identify expansion opportunities.
