Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a technical discipline.
• 15+ years of progressively challenging experience in technical, supervisory, or management roles, including 6+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations in a high‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills with a focus on productivity and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated knowledge of resource management, operational planning, and safety compliance.
• Secret Clearance Required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations across SIMO contracts, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, budget, policies, and work standards.
• Formulate and enforce operational policies, work rules, and performance standards to meet mission objectives.
• Collaborate with outside vendors to maintain necessary business supplies.
• Design and implement procedures to improve contract performance and delivery.
• Manage work schedules and organize employee training.
• Plan and manage the efficient use of materials, resources, and personnel to ensure productivity.
• Monitor and evaluate activities, implement process improvements as needed.
• Lead and mentor supervisors, technical staff, and support personnel to foster high performance and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols.
• Coordinate with program management to align with contract goals and deliverables.
• Prepare and present reports on business performance, resource utilization, and productivity to senior management and government representatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
