Qualifications

• Must have spaceflight harness fabrication experience.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Authorized to work in the United States (ITAR compliant).

Responsibilities

• Build flight-ready wire harnesses from drawings with minimal supervision.
• Crimping, soldering, shielding, and connector assembly to spaceflight standards.
• Work with Micro-D, Nano-D, MIL-DTL-38999 connectors.
• Terminate shielding, lacing, strain relief, and routing.
• Inspect and test harnesses for continuity and workmanship.
• Maintain ESD, FOD, and cleanliness for flight hardware.
• Generate clean as-built documentation.
