Qualifications

• MBA or relevant graduate degree, or 5+ years in operations/supply chain.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• Ability to develop comprehensive resourcing and capacity models.
• Capable of leading and presenting cross-functional initiatives for senior leaders.
• Proven success owning and driving a project from start to finish.
• Led quantitative and qualitative projects.
• Demonstrated success in a highly ambiguous environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic supply chain initiatives across multiple spaceflight systems.
• Develop reliable processes to streamline data collection and analysis to evaluate resources, costs, cycle times, and lead times.
• Provide detailed analyses of capability, capacity, and resource requirements.
