Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Technical Product Manager to shape the digital infrastructure for spaceflight initiatives in Huntsville. You will define product strategy, gather input from aerospace and manufacturing experts, and drive roadmap prioritization with a focus on rapid, quality delivery.

You will collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver features that accelerate vehicle development while ensuring safety and reliability across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years in product management, software development, or hardware engineering.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts and influence software architecture.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in SQL data retrieval.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear software product vision and strategy aligned with customer needs and Blue Origin's mission.
• Engage with internal customers and cross-functional teams to understand needs and feedback.
• Own the software roadmap and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
• Deliver high-quality products on time and within budget; prototype and ship features using AI.
• Lead cross-functional teams; drive adoption of product features and improvements.
• Define, monitor, and report key metrics to measure product success and iterate.
• Lead ongoing product discovery to identify optimal technology solutions for customer challenges.
