Job summary

System One in Kent, WA seeks an Avionics Technician II - C for a 6-month contract. Pay starts at $50/hr and goes up to $52/hr. Work Fri–Sun 5:00am–5:30pm performing test, checkout, modification, fabrication and assembly of electro/mechanical systems in support of spaceflight programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of aerospace avionics experience.
• Experience with electronics assembly tools, hand soldering, and basic electronic test equipment.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.; ability to lift 50 lbs and work a 4x10 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and assemblies across development, test and flight environments.
• Collaborate with engineering to determine best assembly practices.
• Identify manufacturing improvements for efficiency.
• Support safety and quality in spaceflight hardware.
