The role requires a Bachelor's in aerospace or mechanical engineering, with 2+ years in thermal engineering and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of thermal engineering experience
• U.S citizenship is required

Responsibilities

• Oversee thermal design, analysis, testing and validation of Rocket Lab's space vehicles
• Perform thermal modeling and data analysis to capture thermal performance
• Collaborate with test and design engineers to drive design improvements
• Design and execute thermal tests for space vehicle components and assemblies
• Validate thermal models with test and in-flight data
• Liaise with program and engineering staff on thermal design and test matters
