Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
• Ability to design, develop, implement, and test propulsion systems for spacecraft.
• 1-5 years of experience with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD package.
• 1-2 years of hands-on fabrication experience or related activities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform propulsion design and configuration tasks to deliver high performance satellite systems.
• Perform first order layout and mass properties analyses of propulsion systems.
• Identify materials, processes, and facilities needed to deliver a qualified propulsion system.
• Procure propulsion components, author specifications, and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support propulsion qualification testing including test design, conduct, and interface equipment.
• Produce part and assembly drawings for Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to executives and customers.
• Identify and track subsystem schedule and deliverables.
