Job summary

Apex in Los Angeles is seeking a Propulsion Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical designs for spacecraft propulsion systems. You will manage the design, analysis, and qualification of propulsion hardware needed for reliable performance in launch environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering mechanical and/or fluid system hardware.
• Experience designing pressurized fluid systems.
• Comfortable owning hardware from concept through qualification and flight.

Responsibilities

• Own the mechanical design of propulsion system hardware.
• Perform analysis and testing to meet propulsion subsystem requirements.
• Generate and maintain CAD models for flight hardware.
