Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a Production and Test Planner near Denver, CO to own day-to-day scheduling for spacecraft delivery programs. You will build detailed production plans, track orders in MRP/PLM systems, and coordinate with engineering and technicians to sequence builds and tests, ensuring on-time delivery.

You will translate milestones into executable work packages, identify resource constraints, and maintain schedule discipline while communicating clearly across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 3+ years in production planning, scheduling, or operations coordination in manufacturing or aerospace
  • Proficiency with MRP/PLM/MES systems and scheduling principles
  • Strong communication of schedule status and risks to diverse stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed production and test schedules at work order and task level using MRP/PLM/MES systems
  • Coordinate daily and weekly scheduling with technicians and engineers to sequence work efficiently
  • Track work order status, identify schedule slips, and escalate risks early to leadership
  • Provide inputs to IMS by translating schedules into milestones
  • Perform capacity analysis and forecast staffing needs and bottlenecks
  • Coordinate test stand and facility reservations to maximize utilization and minimize idle time
  • Generate schedule reports and metrics for leadership review
  • Support production meetings with schedule status and critical path items to closure
  • Work with procurement to ensure materials and tooling availability for scheduled builds
  • Maintain accurate records of as-built configurations and test completions in PLM/MES
  • Identify schedule inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
