Your responsibilities include managing production and test schedules, driving automation innovations, and ensuring that every spacecraft meets high mission assurance standards. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and have extensive experience in space component production and testing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in spacecraft production and testing.
• In-depth knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001 standards.
• Strong expertise in rapid prototyping methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing team across production, test, and manufacturing engineering.
• Own and improve build and test processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide inputs to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligning activities with program needs.
