You will assist with production line setup, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence.

You will use CAD tools, contribute to documentation, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
• Typically entry-level 0 - 2 years of experience.
• Foundational understanding of manufacturing principles.
• CAD software proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assist in process documentation and standardization.
• Familiarity with equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
