The role establishes unified analytical standards, ensures compliance with NASA requirements, and drives modeling, validation, and certification across structural, thermal, fluids disciplines. You will scale analytical capabilities, mentor leaders, and collaborate with NASA centers and industry partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred, especially with aerospace relevance.
• 10+ years of aerospace engineering analysis experience.
• 8+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience with NASA programs and human-rated systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Engineering Analysis organization with a culture of excellence.
• Set strategic vision for the Engineering Analysis Center of Excellence.
• Establish unified analytical standards and best practices across disciplines.
• Oversee requirements definition, modeling, simulation, verification, and certification.
• Drive cross-program optimization of resources in a matrixed environment.
• Collaborate with NASA centers, commercial partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, risks, and status to leadership.
