Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 years related experience.
• Ability to obtain DoD Top-Secret clearance.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical measurements.
• Understanding of clean room operations and spacecraft handling.
• Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shifts and overtime as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Interpret detailed work instructions, electrical schematics, wire lists and engineering docs.
• Assemble electromechanical and space hardware components and wire harnesses.
• Support integration of spaceflight electrical hardware with attention to quality.
• Adhere to ISO processes, cleanroom, ESD controls and safety protocols.
• Interact with engineers and leads to communicate status and resolve issues.
• Maintain flexibility to support off-shift work and travel.
