Job summary

PDS Defense in El Segundo, CA, seeks an experienced engineer to provide spacecraft bus integration, subsystem verification, and issue resolution across programs. Off-shift availability to support 24/7 operations is required.

You will work on satellite bus architecture, electrical subsystem analysis, interface definition, and system-level troubleshooting to ensure test readiness and compliance with mission objectives. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a final U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• Ability to obtain US citizenship and final Secret clearance.
• Experience with test instrumentation and lab environments.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting electronic equipment.
• Experience conducting verification, test, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support satellite bus architecture, integration, and verification activities.
• Provide electrical subsystem engineering support, including performance analysis and issue resolution.
• Assist with interface definition and compatibility assessments between subsystems.
• Support system-level troubleshooting, anomaly resolution, and test readiness.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and mission objectives.
