Blue Origin in Titusville, FL seeks a Technician in Integration Engineering on C Shift to set up production areas for high-rate spacecraft assembly. You will configure tooling and ensure safe, efficient workflows.

Requires 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing or integration, ability to read drawings, and experience with precision tools (torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers). Must lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing or integration.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with precision calibration tools.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Experience with adhesives, sealants, and thermal blankets.

Responsabilités

• Configure new production work areas with tooling and equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment and precision tools.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Drive the transition from development to production.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles.
• Prepare and test payload systems and hardware; painting, sealing, composite layup, repairs, testing, and assisting with vehicle assembly.
