Qualifications

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
• Hands-on experience with assembly and integration of aerospace systems.
• Proficient with precision calibration tools (torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers).
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Experience with adhesives, sealants, and fasteners.
• Basic Windows and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate major structural, mechanical, fluid, and avionics systems per specs.
• Configure production work areas to ensure efficient workflow.
• Operate precision tools to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform operational tests, troubleshooting, and fault isolation.
• Support transition from development to production; perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S principles.
