Job summary

Stoke Space is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer for our Moses Lake test facility. You will design and build test site infrastructure, manage internal and contracted teams, and drive safe, efficient construction and activation of facilities supporting our Nova launch vehicle program.

You must lead with strong project management, communicate clearly, and relocate to Moses Lake with willingness to travel as needed. The role emphasizes autonomy, rapid iteration, and hands-on engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, construction management, or similar field.
• 4+ years in engineering/design/build and management of infrastructure projects in aerospace or similar high-performance settings.
• Knowledge of heavy-civil structural engineering and construction including steel, concrete, deep foundations, mass earthwork.
• Experience with project management fundamentals: scope, schedule, budget, procurement, contracts, cost estimation, value engineering, field execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal engineering projects and contracted firms to design and upgrade test site infrastructure across civil, structural, electrical and other disciplines.
• Oversee budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and change orders; maintain cost control throughout projects.
• Apply field experience to drive construction and future operational decisions.
• Conduct constructability reviews and value engineering for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Direct and supervise contractors and vendors on site and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop, own, and execute project scope, RFPs, awards, construction management, and activation for test facilities.
