Job summary

EWOR GmbH invites ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups through the Fellows program. You will be employed by EWOR while you build your company, with access to funding and mentoring.

You'll receive 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a global network of founders and investors, and practical coaching to reach product-market-fit and prepare for funding. The program supports teams with hiring via EWOR's network and aims to help Fellows raise multi-million euro

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup within the program.
• Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
• Receive support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Get intensive coaching to prepare your startup for funding.
• Iterate your product until product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
