Job summary

EWOR offers ambitious entrepreneurs a chance to start and scale their own startups while employed by EWOR. Fellows receive a salary while building their startup and can opt for up to €500k in funding. You will have weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders and access to a tight community of top founders, peers, and investors.

You will be supported in hiring, product-market-fit, and building a sales/marketing engine, with coaching to prepare for multi-million-euro funding rounds within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as HealthTech
• Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders
• Receive support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding
• Iterate your product with us until product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine
