Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a Technical Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire) to build high-impact engineering teams in Long Beach, CA. You will own end-to-end recruiting, partnering with technical leaders to source, engage, and hire top talent across hardware, software, and production disciplines.

You will manage 10–15+ open roles concurrently, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and help scale processes with cross-functional partners in Finance, Security, and People.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience filling technical or engineering roles.
• Experience hiring cyber security or security-sensitive roles.
• Familiarity with DoD-cleared talent (Secret or Top Secret) hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with strong hiring manager partnership.
• Source and engage top talent across a wide range of technical disciplines.
• Deliver an exemplary candidate experience from outreach through close and offer.
• Build and nurture pipelines of exceptional passive talent for current and future growth.
• Provide consistent, accurate hiring progress updates, including executive-level reporting.
