Job summary

INNOVIM Defense Services is seeking a Mid-Level System Test Engineer to guide verification, validation, and mission readiness across satellite ground systems. This role emphasizes hands-on testing in space-ground environments and collaboration with government stakeholders at secure DoD sites.

The candidate will manage test schedules, develop automated tests for CI/CD pipelines, and coordinate across multiple vendors and Agile teams to ensure system readiness and cybersecurity compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years of general full-time work experience.
• Must have 3+ years of directly related experience in complex enterprise IT system testing and integration.
• Must have experience with enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, virtualization, system services).
• Must have active DoW Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system-level test strategies, plans and verification artifacts.
• Coordinate test activities across vendors, engineering teams, Agile groups, and government stakeholders.
• Manage the Integrated Master Test Schedule (IMTS) for DT/OT events and readiness reviews.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.
