Qualifications

• Must have a B.S. in aerospace engineering or equivalent (e.g., physics, applied math).
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational ability and cross-group coordination.
• Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and document/communicate tactical plans.

Responsibilities

• Support programmatics from concept to completion for projects ranging from small internal R&D efforts to complete multi-spacecraft missions.
• Run risk management processes including risk documentation, burndown tracking, and approvals of risk closure.
• Facilitate and streamline headcount tracking and forecasting.
• Plan and organize periodic internal program reviews including schedule, risk, and key program requirements.
• Work with engineers to develop schedules for subsystems and boxes.
