Job summary

Ramon.Space in Denver, CO is seeking a Technical Lead to coordinate day-to-day tasking across systems, hardware, software, FPGA, and test teams. You’ll remove blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure milestones stay aligned with program priorities while collaborating with the Program Manager and Scrum Master.

This hands-on leader will spend time in the lab during first articles, integration, and testing, and will prepare technical content for internal and external reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in engineering development, integration, or technical leadership roles.
• Experience across systems engineering, hardware, embedded software, FPGA, and test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain alignment with program priorities and IMS across milestones.
• Serve as a cross-functional technical floater across engineering disciplines.
• Identify obstacles early and drive mitigation to closure.
• Decompose work into clear engineering activities and track status in IMS/Jira.
• Lead technical decisions and document outcomes, integrating into baselines.
• Provide hands-on lab support and participate in reviews with customers.
