Amentum Space Exploration Division (ASED) seeks an Integration and Test Engineer, Team Lead (SME3) to oversee the ESSCA Team in the MSFC programs, leading 18–30 engineers and technicians to deliver HIW testing of the Core Stage avionics and related NASA hardware. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely execution, while coordinating with ESSCA management and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or computer science from an accredited institution.
• Ph.D. with minimum of 19 years of experience.
• MS with at least 23 years of experience.
• BS with at least 25 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strong technical team of 18-30 employees to meet customer needs.
• Oversee Task Orders and personnel per ESSCA Performance Work Statement.
• Ensure safety program adherence and quality per ASED guidelines.
• Coordinate with management, HR, and subcontractors.
• Develop subcontractor Statements of Work and manage performance.
• Provide technical leadership in electronics/software testing.
• Prepare operations reports and significant accomplishments.
• Support hiring and onboarding to meet team requirements.
