Job summary

You will guide technical decisions, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage performance while delivering on strategic objectives. The role emphasizes leadership, cost proposals, and proven experience in engineering reviews, with opportunities to mentor junior engineers and coordinate with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 8 years of applicable operations engineering or project leadership experience.
• Experience leading an engineering team & project management.
• Strong teamwork, programmatic and communication skills.
• Experience presenting at engineering reviews and briefing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to execute recurring operations engineering support of the strategic objectives of the enterprise.
• Manage individuals on the team including assignments, priorities, performance reviews, merit planning, and promotions.
• Develop individuals on the team for career growth and building depth across the team.
• Drive training and resources needed to ensure success for the team.
• Coordinate with upstream/downstream customers for inputs/deliverables and technical resolutions.
• Support supplier requirements and engineering design activities in the factory.
• Develop Estimates at Cost (EAC) and assist CAM duties for strengh and design focal points.
