Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience, or master’s with 3+ years.
• On-site work at Schriever SFB, near Colorado Springs, CO.
• TS/SCI clearance possible; CI Poly required before start.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Knowledge of modern Java development practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain software to establish connections for status & control of ground equipment.
• Provide Java software development and support.
• Maintain scheduling of on-orbit contacts and orbit calculations.
• Write software for launch operations with trajectory calculations (SpaceX/ULA).
• Assist team with Java development and Spring Boot framework.
• Develop React-based UIs for operator interaction.
• Create microservices interfacing with vendor systems; deploy containers in Kubernetes.
