Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineer to work onsite at Schriever SFB, near Colorado Springs, CO, for our Front Range Operations and Sustainment Team (FROST) program. We liaise with the National Reconnaissance Office and Satellite Control Network to support real-time on-orbit operations and provide engineering solutions across space and ground systems.

The role requires Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph, a bachelor's or master's degree with relevant experience, and familiarity with Agile

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5 years’ experience or a master’s degree with 3 years' experience.
High School diploma with 9 years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Systems Engineering experience or similar Military Satellite Control Network experience
Understanding of systems engineering principles and processes
Familiar with Agile development
Familiar with satellite operations or other similar systems
Top Secret SCI with a CI Polygraph

Responsibilities

Work with Space Systems and satellite systems leadership to develop requirements and provide engineering solutions.
Coordinate end-to-end system activities and integration tasks.
Assist developing plans and tasks for programs.
Modernize space and ground systems.
Troubleshoot software issues and support risk management processes.
Prepare documents and briefings for status updates to government.
