Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q and SCI security clearance.
• Experience with Java, C++, or Python.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools (e.g., Agile).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions and algorithms for remote sensing systems and real-time satellite data processing and visualization.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, technical leads, customers, and end users to collect requirements and deliver extensible software.
• Analyze existing systems and design new data-centric solutions to push the state of the art.
• Propose and lead image processing and data-centric R&D projects.
• Engage with teams across data fusion, signal and image processing, analytics, cloud, ML, and visualization.
