Job summary

CACI is seeking a Project Manager to join our Space Line of Business, supporting the Optical & Photonic Systems team. You will lead Integrated Master Schedules, manage cost and risk, and coordinate resources across an Integrated Product Team to ensure on-time, on-budget program execution.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project planning/management experience, strong IMS scheduling with MS Project, and EVMS know-how. Eligibility to obtain/maintain a clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project planning/management experience.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) scheduling using MS Project or equivalent.
• 3+ years of program financial concepts including P&L, MR, ROS, etc.
• 3+ years of Earned Value Management System techniques and reporting.
• Strong communication and team-collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project.
• Maximize program performance through schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Define, baseline, and manage work scope with team members.
• Implement Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for projects.
• Provide baseline budget and schedule estimates for programs.
• Coordinate resources and perform project resource planning.
• Lead IMS tracking, SRA, and EVM activities.
• Perform critical path analysis and contingency planning.
• Record and track Earned Value metrics with CAMs and Program Leads.
• Lead IPT meetings and RMB meetings to mitigate risks and issues.
• Analyze key program performance data and generate progress reports.
• Support proposal activity with estimates based on comparable programs.
