Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large Photonics development and production programs within our Space Line of Business. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to drive schedule, risk management, cost, and technical goals for complex electro-optical systems.

The role requires proven leadership across DoD or government programs, EVMS experience, and the ability to translate technical concepts for executives.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in a Program Management or other technical leadership role with a focus on the design, development, qualification, and manufacture of new products.
• Thorough understanding of and experience in PM principles and best practices, including scheduling, budget control, and risk management.
• Experience in successfully taking an electronics or optical system through an integrated product development process from product development to manufacture.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Exemplary verbal/written communication skills for interactions with all levels within the organization and with external parties.
• Experience working on DoD or similar Government programs.
• Experience managing programs to EVMS standards.
• Experience managing programs over $25M in contract value.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more large Photonics programs from development to production.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to meet schedule, cost, and performance goals.
• Drive design for manufacturing (DFM) and transition to high-volume production.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to executives and stakeholders.
• Participate in strategic growth planning within Photonics organization.
