Job summary

Space Systems Integration is seeking a Product Support Manager in Colorado Springs to lead high-visibility IT and mission support activities for space-related programs. You will oversee front-line help desk operations, coordinate with Tier 2/3 engineering teams, and ensure performance against SLAs and KPIs.

The role demands DoD/IC experience, satellite systems knowledge, and strong program management; familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, Jira, and other enterprise tools is required.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years of DoD/IC or relevant industry experience.
• Experience in development and fielding satellite systems.
• ABET/engineering degree or professional license; MA/MS/ME preferred.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and enterprise ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advise program management on technical requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to meet program goals.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports and briefings on progress and challenges.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
