Job summary

IESE Solutions seeks Operations Research Analysts to support USSF missions through the Space Systems Command, based in Los Angeles AFB, CA. The role focuses on acquisition planning, requirements development, and interface management across cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Background in Space-based or ground systems including C2 services.
• Experience with acquisition planning, source selection, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition support for Advanced Space Project planning and development, including prototypes and demonstrations.
• Develop and oversee requirements to meet program, schedule, contracts and cost constraints.
• Recommend contractual structures, terms, and prices to align with budgets and reports.
• Support project baselines, memorandums of agreement, and requirements traceability plans.
• Coordinate interface management between cost, schedule, budget, and technical performance.
