Job summary

Stratos Solutions, Inc. is seeking an MS&A Engineer to support an Intelligence Community space program in Chantilly, VA. The role involves collaborative engineering and peer review to study complex space-domain problems and inform mission and acquisition decisions.

You will conduct orbital, link, payload, and system performance analyses, delivering data-driven recommendations and analytic roadmaps for government stakeholders. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM, Aerospace, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 2+ years in modeling, simulation, or engineering analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with C++, Python, R, MATLAB, VBA.

Responsibilities

• Perform system-level and phenomenology analyses across space-domain architectures.
• Develop, execute, and document modeling and simulation studies.
• Present analytic results to government stakeholders and leadership.
• Support life-cycle trade studies and roadmap planning.
