Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an AFSIM/KCAT Modeling and Simulation Engineer to conduct MS&A analyses on space-related systems. You will work on on-site duties at the Pentagon with occasional visits to Crystal City and Chantilly, VA, collaborating with government leaders and aerospace teams to deliver high-fidelity space models.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s or higher in a technical field, 8+ years of OR/engineering experience, and strong Python and C++ coding skills, with a TS/SCI

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MS&A analyses using AFSIM and KCAT and learn other tools as needed.
• Collaborate with Government, Aerospace, and SETA teams to support SAF/SAO.
• Ensure MS&A representations accurately reflect USAF/USSF capabilities across security levels.
• Lead multi-disciplinary efforts to address customer analysis needs.
• Support space analysis for Program Objective Force decisions.
