Radiance Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Enhanced Modeling & Simulation (M&S) team in Dahlgren, Virginia. This role requires collaboration with diverse teams to support the Joint Warfare Analysis Center and other Defense partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, and hold an active TS/SCI security clearance. Experience in machine learning and simulation systems is essential.

Qualifications
