Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in Colorado Springs to support US Space Force missions within the Space Systems Group.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance and hands-on RMF activity, including eMASS, ITIPS, and SSP documentation, with collaboration across ISSM and ISO teams to ensure compliance and secure operations. Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance at time of application.
• High School diploma with 3–5 years IT/RMF/GRC experience; bachelor’s degree equivalent to 4 years experience.
• Meets DoD 8140 Cybersecurity Analyst Mid-Level Education, Training or Certification qualifications (CySA, Sec+, etc.).
• Ability to report to designated work location in Colorado Springs, up to full time.
