Job summary

Trident Systems SES division seeks an Integration & Test Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for integration, verification, validation, qualification, and production acceptance testing of advanced space electronic systems.

You will partner with Electrical, Mechanical, FPGA, Embedded Software, Systems, Manufacturing, and Program Management to deliver products from development through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 9+ years in integration, test, systems engineering, hardware development, or related fields.
• 2+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience.
• Experience integrating and testing complex embedded electronic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, embedded software, FPGA, and system-level issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Integration & Test Engineers and Test Technicians.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign engineering activities across multiple programs and product lines.
• Oversee system integration, functional verification, qualification, environmental testing, and production acceptance testing.
