Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with five years of related experience.
  • Experience using engineering documentation software, MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to train others and work independently.
  • Experience with industrial quality standard programs.
  • Strong technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems.
  • Guides and trains less experienced engineers.
  • Works with cross-disciplinary teams to develop high-reliability integrated systems.
  • Supports meetings, teleconferences, and travel as required by projects.
  • May work nights and weekends to support real-time flight operations.
