Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Systems Engineer to support NASA's SCaN program with systems engineering, technical coordination, and analytical support across major development activities and international partnerships. The role emphasizes integration, agile practices, and effective briefing of leadership.

Work arrangement is onsite at NASA HQ in Washington, DC or NASA GSFC in Greenbelt, MD with a hybrid pattern of three days onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with satellite systems, space communications, or communications architecture is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and coordination for major program and project reviews.
• Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, track actions, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Monitor actions, risks, commitments, and issues across the SCaN portfolio.
• Prepare leadership for reviews and site visits; develop concise, actionable summaries.
