Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a STEM field.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant engineering or mission-focused experience.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve complex problems and contribute to mission outcomes.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to peers, leadership, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering knowledge across systems engineering, program management, communications and PNT, electronics and sensors, software and data engineering, data science and AI/ML, cybersecurity, flight vehicle systems, and mechanical systems and materials.
• Support technical analysis, requirements development, integration, testing, modeling, evaluation, or execution activities to solve mission challenges.
• Partner with customer-facing and program teams in El Segundo to support space and national security priorities.
• Translate mission needs into actionable engineering solutions and informed technical recommendations.
• Align technical work to program priorities and anticipate downstream impacts.
• Engage with leadership to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
