Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math or science is required.
• Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain it is required.
• 2+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Knowledge of systems engineering concepts is required.
• Experience with cross-functional planning and integration activities.
• Hands-on technical drive and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Cameo and/or SparxEA.
• Experience with space technologies and/or space operations is preferred.
• OCSMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with agile development processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering work supporting development of operable systems within constraints.
• Create and extend system models using requirements and interface docs.
• Enable mission-level modeling, simulation, and analysis using MBSE.
• Support system-level integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Develop and analyze digital models for space vehicles and missions.
• Document methodologies to model, simulate, and analyze conceptual challenges.
• Communicate insights to senior leadership and customers.
• Collaborate with organizations to obtain data, techniques and assumptions.
• Provide MBSE and SysML/UML expertise to studies.
• Demonstrate technical ownership and accountability.
