Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field (non-US equivalent acceptable)
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required or recent active status within 24 months
• Level 2 requires 2+ years of related work experience
• Level 3 requires 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) preferred
• Proficiency in MATLAB or Python and developing control algorithms
• Experience with space environments, mission design, and astrodynamics

Responsibilities

• Support technology integration for first-of-kind space vehicles and missions
• Develop and present review packages to internal and external senior leadership
• Work in fast-paced, demanding environment and be proactive
• Develop physics-based mission simulations to inform system trade studies
• Apply astrodynamics and flight mechanics to mission design and trajectory optimization
• Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and contribute reusable tools and automations
